Summer 2026: Exploring the Chakras
This term, across all our classes, we will be exploring the chakra system – the body’s main energy centres.
Alongside our usual blend of asana (postures), pranayama (yogic breathing), meditation and relaxation, we’ll be weaving in a different chakra each week – helping you to better understand your body, mind and emotional patterns.
From “Face your fears” at the base… to “Find your freedom” at the crown.
This is a gentle, practical way to:
- Feel more grounded and balanced
- Build confidence and inner strength
- Improve focus, clarity and self-awareness
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, this theme will be integrated in an accessible and meaningful way.

Our Classes: A Dynamic & Evolving Practice
Our classes offer a balanced and progressive yoga practice that supports your growth: physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Across the week, you will experience a thoughtful blend of strength-building, creative movement, deep stretching, and breathwork, helping you develop flexibility, resilience, and focus.
Sessions can range from steady, grounding flows to more dynamic and challenging sequences, allowing you to explore your edges at your own pace.
For those ready to go deeper, the practice may include strong asana work such as extended sun salutations, arm balances, and inversions, always approached with awareness and integrity.
But this is more than just a physical practice....
Rooted in the timeless wisdom of yoga, each class weaves in philosophy and inner reflection - creating space to pause, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself. Over time, this cultivates not just strength and flexibility, but also presence, patience, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Whether you are building confidence or refining an established practice, this is a space for both grounding and growth - meeting you where you are, while gently encouraging your evolution.

MITI
I have been practising yoga for over 25 years and it has now become a way of life for me. My classes are very special to me and so are all my students. My students are cared for and treated with utmost respect. They are not judged, but listened and guided through their personal growth with compassion.

MEHUL
In 2012 I quit my highly successful career in Information Technology that spanned over 23 years so that I could be fully committed to teaching yoga. Prior to that I conducted research in Physics at Imperial College London, from where I have been awarded a PhD for my contributions to the field of Laser Spectroscopy.
