IS YOGA ONLY FOR THE FLEXIBLE?
No. On the contrary, as we practice yoga, we find that the stiffness in our body is gradually replaced by flexibility. This is one of the many changes people notice in their bodies just a few weeks after taking up yoga.
CAN I JOIN YOUR CLASSES IF I HAVEN’T DONE YOGA BEFORE?
Absolutely! We cater for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have about our classes.

Try to sort out the problem with those who are directly involved. Generally complaints are resolved more easily and effectively at an early stage and by those who have a direct influence on the situation.
