Thursdays with Mehul: Gentle Foundation 🌱

A soothing, accessible practice blending breath awareness, gentle movement, and foundational yoga postures.

Tuesdays and Wednesdays with Miti: Steady & Energising Flow 🔆

A soulful, strengthening practice that supports your evolution - on the mat and in life.

These classes blend creative movement, steady strength-building, deep stretches, and intentional breathwork to develop flexibility, resilience, and focus.

But it’s more than just a physical experience. Infused with the timeless wisdom of yogic philosophy and spiritual reflection, each session invites you to pause, go inward, and reconnect - helping you meet daily life with greater clarity, courage, and calm.

Perfect for those with experience or even some beginners, this is a practice of presence and progression: one that grounds you deeply while encouraging your growth, every step of the way.

 

Sundays and Mondays with Mehul: Strong & Challenging Practice 🔥

For experienced yogis who are ready to explore their physical and mental edges, this class offers a stronger, more evolving practice.

Expect to go through all the gears, with asana work that could include 24 rounds of sun salutations and a variety of arm balances and inversions.
